Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Stephan Urwyler, souligne les d\u00e9fis et les opportunit\u00e9s du commerce stationnaire dans un monde de plus en plus num\u00e9ris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"581\" data-end=\"1258\">Urwyler consid\u00e8re la consolidation croissante des entreprises et la croissance du commerce en ligne comme des \u00e9volutions centrales. Les petits d\u00e9taillants disparaissent et les grandes entreprises se d\u00e9veloppent par le biais d'acquisitions ou d'une croissance organique. Parall\u00e8lement, les commer\u00e7ants en ligne gagnent des avantages de prix par rapport aux magasins stationnaires gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des co\u00fbts d'exploitation plus faibles. N\u00e9anmoins, Urwyler est convaincu que le commerce stationnaire reste n\u00e9cessaire s'il se diff\u00e9rencie par un service personnalis\u00e9, une offre locale attrayante et une adaptation au monde num\u00e9rique. Il souligne que le commerce stationnaire doit \u00e9galement avoir une certaine offre en ligne et \u00eatre visible via les m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1800\">Pour les petites entreprises, qui sont souvent \u00e0 la tra\u00eene en mati\u00e8re de num\u00e9risation, Urwyler voit l'importance des coop\u00e9ratives comme ZEEV. Celles-ci offrent aux membres la possibilit\u00e9 de rester comp\u00e9titifs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ressources et un savoir-faire communs. Il insiste particuli\u00e8rement sur le r\u00f4le des donn\u00e9es, qui sont essentielles dans la num\u00e9risation et pour l'utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle (IA). ZEEV pr\u00e9voit d'am\u00e9liorer ses syst\u00e8mes informatiques et de proposer de nouveaux services pour aider ses membres \u00e0 rester comp\u00e9titifs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"2223\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">L'objectif \u00e0 long terme de la ZEEV est de renforcer le commerce stationnaire gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau solide qui se d\u00e9veloppe continuellement. Urwyler appelle \u00e0 une collaboration \u00e9troite et \u00e0 une attitude ouverte face \u00e0 de nouvelles solutions communes, afin de garantir le petit commerce stationnaire face \u00e0 la concurrence du commerce en ligne.
