Swissavant d\u00e9passe ainsi pour la premi\u00e8re fois la barre des 4 millions de francs. Le d\u00e9veloppement de la formation professionnelle y est pour beaucoup.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"877\">Le nouvel apprentissage de commerce de d\u00e9tail avec des journ\u00e9es de cours interentreprises suppl\u00e9mentaires augmente les recettes du domaine de la formation professionnelle \u00e0 1,375 million de CHF. Ce domaine est responsable de plus de 32 pour cent des recettes totales et continue de gagner en importance sur le plan strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"917\">Des sources de revenus stables et dynamiques<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"1154\">Les autres piliers de recettes font \u00e9galement preuve de force :<br data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"969\" \/>Les produits administratifs augmentent \u00e0 660 kCHF, les produits des marchandises commerciales \u00e0 229 kCHF. Ensemble, ils contribuent \u00e0 plus de 21% du chiffre d'affaires total et assurent une large base financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1192\">R\u00e9sultat historique des titres<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1471\">Dans un contexte \u00e9conomique exigeant, l'association r\u00e9alise un rendement exceptionnel des titres de 364 KCHF. Le rendement de 13,2 pour cent sur le portefeuille moyen de placements marque un record historique et renforce substantiellement les fonds propres.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1502\">Fusion et croissance du bilan<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1714\">L'int\u00e9gration du patrimoine du VSF dans le cadre de la fusion 2025 a \u00e9galement un effet positif. Le total du bilan augmente \u00e0 3,953 millions de CHF. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une gestion rigoureuse des co\u00fbts, les charges restent conformes au budget.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1758\">Demande d'utilisation de l'exc\u00e9dent<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"44\" data-end=\"323\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">L'exc\u00e9dent de r\u00e9sultat pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 212 538,22 CHF. Les deux options \u00abr\u00e9duction des cotisations 2027\u00bb et \u00abfonds de formation\u00bb seront discut\u00e9es lors de l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.
