Geburtstag. 1966 mit drei Mann begonnen, engagieren sich heute 165 Mitarbeitende bei der K\u00e4rcher AG f\u00fcr eine saubere Schweiz. \u2013 Managing Director Karl Steiner erkl\u00e4rt, warum \u00abk\u00e4rchern\u00bb f\u00fcr\u00a0 ihn weit mehr bedeutet als Wasser mit 150 bar zu verspritzen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die Marke K\u00e4rcher hat sich in der Schweiz seit den 70er-Jahren eindr\u00fccklich entwickelt. Wer bei <strong>\u00abK\u00e4rcher\u00bb<\/strong> zun\u00e4chst an Hochdruckreiniger denkt, liegt nicht falsch. Das Verb <strong>\u00abk\u00e4rchern\u00bb<\/strong> hat es in diesem Sinne bekanntlich in deutsche und franz\u00f6sische Standardwerke geschafft. Heute greift die g\u00e4ngige Interpretation allerdings zu kurz. Denn aus Sicht von Karl Steiner steht \u00abk\u00e4rchern\u00bb f\u00fcr \u00abreinigen\u00bb schlechthin. F\u00fcr ein Spezialgebiet mit vielen Untersparten, das sich dem Zeitgeist immer wieder anpasst: \u00abReinigen heisst Pflegen, und damit Werte erhalten. In \u00f6kologisch sensiblen Zeiten ist Dauerhaftigkeit f\u00fcr viele Menschen wichtig.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Herr Steiner<\/strong>, seit 60 Jahren ist K\u00e4rcher im Schweizer Markt pr\u00e4sent. Was f\u00e4llt in der R\u00fcckschau zuerst auf?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Vorab der Wandel, vor allem in den vergangenen drei Jahrzehnten. Die Marke ist weltweit und in der Schweiz stark gewachsen. In der Sortimentsbreite, bei den Innovationen und damit bei den St\u00fcckzahlen. Daneben ist mir unser Gesamtkonzept wichtig: Wir verkaufen nicht nur Ger\u00e4te, sondern bieten Beratung, halten Ersatzteile lange vor und reparieren, was immer m\u00f6glich ist. Unser Kunde erwirbt also nicht nur ein Ger\u00e4t, sondern ein Gesamtpaket von Leistungen und Werten. Damit profilieren wir uns in einem Markt, der zunehmend von Produkten ohne jeden Unterbau gepr\u00e4gt ist. Die Devise \u00abKaufen \u2013 Anwenden \u2013 Wegwerfen \u00bb ist nicht unser Ding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Warum?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nWir glauben an eine nachhaltige Wirtschaft und leben sie auch \u2013 t\u00e4glich und \u00fcberall. Fast alle unsere Produkte verbrauchen Strom und\/oder Wasser und damit Energie und Ressourcen. Aber: Mit einem Wasserschlauch und Leitungsdruck zu spritzen ben\u00f6tigt f\u00fcnfmal mehr Wasser als eine Hochdruckreinigung. Und das Ergebnis l\u00e4sst in der Regel zu w\u00fcnschen \u00fcbrig. Deshalb wurden in den vergangenen Jahren die Leistungsaufnahmen und Wasserverbr\u00e4uche konsequent optimiert.
