av-av_dropcap1-3cd9da5fea0ef5fb27aee617571c39a3'>L<strong><\/span><\/strong>a Commission f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de la pr\u00e9voyance professionnelle (Commission LPP) recommande au Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral d'adopter le <strong>Taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat minimal dans la pr\u00e9voyance professionnelle<\/strong> \u00e0 compter de 2027 <strong>augmenter consid\u00e9rablement<\/strong>. Il est propos\u00e9 de passer du niveau actuel de 1,25 % \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"606\">1,75 %<\/strong>. Le taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat minimal fixe le taux minimal auquel doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s les avoirs de vieillesse obligatoires des assur\u00e9s. C'est le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral qui en fixe le montant d\u00e9finitif.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"1054\">Pour formuler sa recommandation, la Commission LPP a pris en compte diff\u00e9rents facteurs. L'\u00e9volution des rendements des obligations f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, ainsi que des actions, des obligations et des biens immobiliers, est notamment d\u00e9terminante. Les march\u00e9s financiers ont connu une \u00e9volution positive en 2025 et ont \u00e9galement affich\u00e9 une bonne performance depuis le d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e 2026. Ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte, entre autres, la situation financi\u00e8re des institutions de pr\u00e9voyance, l\u2019\u00e9volution des salaires, l\u2019inflation, les rendements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ainsi que la politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Selon l\u2019estimation de la commission, la bonne situation financi\u00e8re globale de nombreuses institutions de pr\u00e9voyance plaide tout particuli\u00e8rement en faveur d\u2019une augmentation.
